City Hall responds: “I believe the survey work is related to the the Lake Highlands Trail extension project from Skillman to Walnut Hill Lane through Arbor Park (Phase 2A) . See the yellow line in the attached trail alignment map. The project is currently in design and construction is anticipated to begin early next year.”
